You, the purchaser, will provide prior to closing:
Name of lender, if applicable
Your homeowner’s insurance provider
 
 
 
You, the purchaser, will provide prior to closing:
A cashier’s check or wired funds for closing costs (Title Associates will provide this figure)
Your driver’s license or valid identification
A closing statement for the sale of another home if required by your lender
 
 
Title Associates will:
Perform a title examination
Prepare the necessary documentation for your closing required by your lender
Close the transaction
Record the documents at the appropriate County Courthouse
Provide you with a copy of all your closing documents
Forward the original Warranty Deed (your title to your new home) and your owner’s title insurance policy (if purchased) to you after closing

information needed to finalize your closing.
